General Terms
These terms of agreement apply in the commercial relationship between Tavarataksi Finland (business ID FI04187765) and its customers in the online store. Tavarataksi Finland has the right to update these terms of agreement without prior notice. The terms of delivery in effect at the time of the order apply to the orders.
Tavarataksi Finland is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered an unforeseeable event or change in circumstances beyond the control of Tavarataksi Finland. Tavarataksi Finland is obligated to inform the customer of force majeure without delay.
Finnish legislation applies to these terms and the use of our Internet pages.
Price List
The prices presented in the online store include VAT. If there are clear pricing errors in the price list, the product is not sold at a significantly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error.
Payment
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery Terms and Methods
Tavarataksi Finland delivers the services according to the agreement. The products of a single order can be delivered in several shipments.
Complaints
The customer is obligated to present a purchase certificate, receipt, or other proof of the place and time of purchase when returning or claiming a defect in the product. Tavarataksi Finland reserves the right to charge the buyer for the costs of searching for the receipt.
Complaints are processed only in writing. A free-form complaint can be sent by email to asiakaspalvelu@tavarataksit.com with the subject line “complaint”. There is an opportunity to leave customer feedback through the Contact Us button link on the front page of the website.
The customer may raise a lawsuit related to the debt relationship of the contract against Tavarataksi Finland either in the District Court of Tavarataksi Finland’s domicile or in the District Court of the municipality in Finland where he has his domicile. If the customer does not have a domicile in Finland, disputes are handled in the District Court of Tavarataksi Finland’s domicile.
Attorney’s fees are not compensated, as the Consumer Advisory and the Consumer Disputes Board provide free help in resolving disagreements.
Cancellation of the Order
If the customer is not able to use the transportation service as ordered, they can receive a refund if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the order date. In this situation, please send an email to asiakaspalvelu@tavarataksit.com with the subject “Iron Man – Cancellation of Order.” Tavarataksi Finland will process the cancellation and issue the refund within 30 days.
Additional Terms
Tavarataksi Finland is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or loss of income targeted at the transported product if the customer is unable to prove that Tavarataksi Finland has caused it. The liability of Tavarataksi Finland is always limited to the content of these terms of agreement. Product liability is limited to the possible return of the purchase price.
Tavarataksi Finland is not obligated to fulfill the contract if it encounters force majeure that it cannot reasonably overcome. Tavarataksi Finland is not obligated to compensate the customer for damage or costs caused by force majeure, and has the right to terminate the contract.
By placing an order and/or request for quotation, the customer unequivocally accepts the terms of Tavarataksi Finland. Any procurement contract terms used by the customer will not be followed if they are in conflict with the terms of Tavarataksi Finland.
